Taiwan machinery experts tell you that the reason for the wrinkling of the inner arc of the pipe bender is that the feed rate is too low or too high. In the process of bending the pipe, if the speed of the steel pipe is too low, the steel pipe will be blown off.
Wrinkles are formed. If the speed is too high, the inner arc of the curved part will break, causing wrinkles to appear on the inner arc. The internal and external arc heating temperature is unbalanced. The heating temperature of the inner and outer arcs is usually 30-70°C. When the inner arc temperature is too high and exceeds the allowable range, the material will accumulate and wrinkle inside. Rocker arm resistance is too high. The knee bending is completed by the rocker, which provides bending deformation force. During the bending process, the rocker arm must follow the advancement of the steel pipe, that is, the advancement of the length of the bend and the travel distance must be strictly coordinated with the rocker arm. When the walking wheel mechanism of the rocker arm does not move smoothly, the movement resistance is great.
Or a defect in the bottom of the wheel can block the rocker arm. Due to the massive mass of the rocker arm (5-60 tons), the resistance generated is sufficient to compress the knee when it is hot.

1. When cleaning the oil tank of the elbow machine, clean the oil inlet filter of each pump.
2. Clean the oil tank and filter the hydraulic oil tank once within 1-2 months after using the equipment.
3. If you find the fault of forward and reverse cut-off, first check whether the solenoid valve is working. For example, the solenoid valve works normally, and then check whether the 6X3 sequence valve, YF-L20H4 bypass valve or 4HD3 one-way unloading valve is stuck. (This phenomenon is usually easy to occur when the device is started.) If it is stuck, please disassemble it and clean it with gasoline or diesel, and then reinstall it.
